Privacy notice

1. Information you provide

The partnership inquiry form collects the name, company, email address, phone number and any optional message and referral source you provide. Please do not submit payment card details, account credentials, processing statements or confidential client information through this form.

2. Purpose of the form

The form is intended to let Merchant Referral Partners respond to your inquiry, discuss the referral program and maintain records of that conversation. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a partnership agreement.

3. Form delivery and service providers

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to anthony@referamerchant.com. Website hosting, email and form providers may process technical data needed to deliver and protect these services. FormSubmit may present a spam protection check during submission. See FormSubmit’s privacy information.

4. Website technology

This website package does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting services and the form provider may maintain technical logs and use their own security tools.

5. Privacy requests

Contact anthony@referamerchant.com to ask about information submitted through the form, request a correction, request deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Records may need to be retained for legitimate business and legal requirements.
